After your order has been placed please allow 2-5 days for processing before shipment. Shipping times largely vary due to the destination country but a rough timetable is included below:
USA: 10 - 20 business days
UK: 10 - 20 business days

Western Europe: 10 - 30 business days
Rest of world: 10 - 40 business days
In order to ship internationally as a small business, we ship many of our orders directly from our supplier located overseas. This allows us to offer free shipping on all of our products as well as reduce our environmental footprint by shipping directly to you, the consumer
Typically we are able to ship out new orders within 2-3 days. However, in some circumstances due to holidays or extremely high volume this can be up to 5 business days.
Once your order has been shipped we will send you a confirmation email with your full shipping information including a tracking number to monitor your order.
We proudly offer Free Worldwide shipping on all of our orders. Please note, duties and other international shipping charges are non-refundable.

Depending on your location we may ship your order directly from our supplier for faster shipping times.

Unfortunately if your order has already been shipped we are unable to change or alter the shipping arrangements. Shutter and Contrast is not responsible for any errors in regards to mistaken information and we are unable to provide refunds in this situation.
In some rare cases we may have to ship some of your order directly from our suppliers. In these cases you may receive your order in multiple packages which may arrive at different dates. Please note we will not charge any additional shipping fees in these situations.
Depending on your countries postal system your package may not ship on weekends, holidays, etc. In these cases your order may not update for a few days. Also please note it can take up to 48 hours for our system to gather any new shipping updates and forward them to you

We use discount codes for a variety of reasons including sales, email exclusive offers, and more. Although each situation can be different generally discount codes for specific sales will expire at the end of the sale while discount codes for email subscribers are good for one use with no expiry date.
